Returns & Exchanges

At VOGRACE, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
